Living in the husband's house after talaaq
Question
Can my ex and I live in the same house once he gives me a talaaq?
Answer
If it was a talaaq-e-baa'in then she is out of his nikaah. Hence, they should not be living together. In a talaaq-e-raj`ee (revocable talaaq) they may live in the same house within the iddat period.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
