Will a person qualify as a musaafir if he travels weekly to a place 130km from his home town?
Question
Will I be regarded as a musaafir and hence perform qasar salaah if I stay for just 4 days at most in a place 130km from home. Also note that I will be travelling for a duration of a whole year. I leave home on a Monday morning and return Friday afternoon.

Yes you will be a musaafir.
