Question

I saw a story online regarding an air hostess who refused to serve alcohol. She is a wage employee of the airline and the passengers are not Muslims. Is her refusal to serve alcohol permissible?

Answer

It is compulsory for her to refuse serving the alcohol. More importantly, she should not take the job of an air hostess for she will have to expose herself to males all the time and travel without a mahram.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
