Hurmate musaaharah
Question
Can hurmate musahara apply if a girl age 8 years 7 months according to Islamic calendar and 8 years 4 month according to esaai calendar?
Answer
If she is not yet baaligh and there are no signs of maturity then hurmate musaaharah will not apply to her at this age.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
