How should women dress in front of non-Muslim female domestic workers?

I like to know the ruling regarding a domestic that is not a Muslim. How should one dress in front of her and and is hijaab etc. fard or just advisable?
Answer
The women of the house should not expose their hair and bodies before them. They may expose their faces before them.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
