Question

I had rented out my property to a non-muslim who is running online shopping business i mean he is selling ladies clothes from there so my question is if he do some unlawful and wrong activity over there than i will be sinful for it and my rental income will be halaal? My intention is leasing property for renting purpose.

Answer

No, you will not be sinful and the money you receive through renting the property to him will be halaal.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
