Handing over the power of issuing talaaq
Question
Can a person give the power of talaaq to his parents or someone else who he trusts so that even if he says the words out of frustration anger etc it wouldn't go through?
Answer
Even if he gives them the power of talaaq he still has the right to issue talaaq. His issuance of talaaq will be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
