Will the nikaah of the person who commtted zina be valid with a chaste girl?
Question
If a man commits zina before marriage but then he repents to Allah and swears to Allah he will never repeat it again and will be sincere to his wife, then is his nikah valid with the virgin or chaste girl or nikaah is haraam?
Answer
The nikah is valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
