Question

I would like to know if a husband in Islam is not financially capable of taking care of his wife and children. Does it become his parents responsibility to take care of their needs? Is it okay for man to marry a woman if he does not have a Job and he knows he can't support her? Would it then also be his parents responsibility to take care of them financially, even though he knew going into the marriage that he won't be able to support her?

Answer

It is not the parents' duty to take care of his wife.

If she is happy to live under the circumstance and she is sure that she will make no demands for her rights.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
