Husband flirting with women

I have been married for eight years with no children. My husband is flirting with women on the phone. He promises them marriage, he gives them money, he takes them out he even booked a hotel room for one of them. I tried talking to him about it but it's like he doesn't hear me. I asked for divorce in January. He refused to give it to me and he apologised and said he will stop but I should give him some time. It's been 9 months now, when I ask him about the progress of the matter he is not answering me. Now I'm thinking of moving out of our home but I don't know if it's a right thing to do. Please I need your help.
