Custody of the child
Question
In the case of divorce, a four month old girl from the wife's previous marriage was looked after and brought up by step father for many years. So who does gain the custody of the girl?
Answer
The biological mother has the custody and full right.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
