Procedure for divorce
Question
I want to know if nikaah before rukhsati, husband and wife meet each other and after some time they want divorce, then should this be carried out?
Answer
If they wish to divorce the appropriate sequence is that they should consult their elders, parents, etc. Discuss the matter and try to bring about an amicable solution.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
