I fell asleep in the day. I saw balgham coming from my nose and I vomited blood and food. Blood and food was coming out at the same time.
Answer
This refers to wealth. You should ensure that you acquire wealth from halaal sources and refrain from avenues of doubt or haraam (interest,insurance, impermissible business transactions etc).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
