Lectures in the graveyard
Question
In my country, many people are talking about bid'ah. Can you explain to me about this?
1. Lectures in the graveyard.
2. Using microphone and speakers for Azaan?
Answer
1. It was not the general practice of the Sahaabah and Taabieen to give lectures in the graveyard. Hence this practice should be discontinued.
2. No. It is not a bid'ah. It does not enter under the definition of bid'ah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
