Suspended Talaaq
Question
A person in a great anger says to his wife that if you will do a particular work then three talaqs shall be applicable. After a long time his wife forget what her husband said and she unwillingly did that work (Halaal work). Kindly clarify the status of the couple. They are still living their marriage life as 2 things they feel are in their favor
1- The husband was in great anger.
2- The wife did that by mistake as she had forgot the incident.
Answer
If the wife had done the specific work upon which her husband suspended the three talaaqs, the three talaaqs had taken place.
