Is ghusal compulsory after foreplay?
Question
I have just married. I need to know if I foreplay with my wife, more precisely playing with her body (sucking, etc.) no intercourse, do we still need to take a bath to offer prayer or just wudhu will be fine?
Answer
If there is no emission of semen, ghusal is not compulsory. Wudhu will suffice.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
