Aborting the child before 120 days
Question
Is it permissible in Islam to abort the fetus before 120 days or 90 days?
Answer
Aborting the child before 120 days is a grave sin and not permissible except in the case where there is a valid shar'ee reason. Aborting the child after 120 days is not permissible in any situation.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
