Inheritance
Question
A deceased is survived by a wife, daughters and brothers and he does not have any sons or parents. Will his brothers inherit or not?
Answer
If the deceased is survived by a wife, daughters and brothers and he does not have any sons or parents that are alive the brothers will share in the inheritance.
