Fantasizing about a married man
Question
I am 36 yrs old married with 2 kids and suddenly started thinking about other man who is also married. I am praying to Allah day and night that I don't want to think about him. Please pray and tell me some dua I want to forget him.
Answer
Study the Fazaa'il-e-A`maal and Fazaa'il-e-Sadaqaat and think of death and the loneliness of the grave for at least ten minutes in the night and morning.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
