Question

Are Muslim men allowed to pluck eyebrows?

Answer

Plucking the eyebrows is impermissible for men and women. However, if certain strands of hair are overgrown, then removing the overgrown hair and making it look normal is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
