Inheritance
Question
A woman has no parents, children or husband. She has 1 sister and 2 brothers and how will esteate be divided.
Answer
Her estate will be divided into 5 equal shares and distributed as follows:
Each brother will receive 2 shares
The sister will receive 1 share
NB: The above Shar'ee distribution of inheritance is based on the information provided regarding the total number of heirs of the deceased present.
