Reuniting after khula
Question
I divorced my husband with khula and he say 1 talaq, I finished my iddah 1 month, just 3 months before I want to go back to him for my kids. How can I? Is it possible?
Answer
If you both wish to reunite, it will be permissible on condition that a new nikaah is performed with a separate mahr.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
