Taking a second wife

My question is that I want to do 2nd Marriage so is it necessary for me to take the permission from my first wife and in case if my first wife don't allow me and I am still willing to do the 2nd Marriage to spend a happy life. So please advise me.

No, but in order to avoid complications and problems I suggest that you should make it known to her.
