Using cosmetics which contain alcohol
Question
I would like to know about the ruling of alcohol which is used in cosmetics. Is it halaal or haraam to use these items? Let me know please. May Allah bless you.
Answer
If the alcohol is from besides grapes and dates, and there is no other impure ingredient contained in it, it will be permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
