Marrying a married woman
Question
One of my friends got married with a women and later he knows that she is already married but she is separated from 2 years from her husband but not divorce. So now what he have to do?
Answer
It is haraam to live with that woman. He must separate from her immediately.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
