Does "go away if you have a problem" mean divorce?
Question
If a husband says "go away if you have a problem" to his wife. Did he give one talaaq to his wife?
If this is considered talaaq then what should a husband do in such a case?
Answer
If he did not intend divorce it will not construe divorce.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
