How can one attain good character and modesty?
Answer
The essence of good character is to conduct in such a manner that one fulfills the rights of Allah Ta'ala and the rights of the creation. Modesty means to behave at all times with respect and shame and refrain from sin, whether in secret or in public.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
