Reciting the Quraan without wudhu
Question
Can we read Quran without wudhu. Is it farz to make wudhu before reading Quran?
Answer
1. If one is reciting by heart, then it is permissible.
2. No.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
