Yoga practice karna kya haaram hai? Exercise karna kya haram hai? Yoga mai kuch physical exercise hote hai, kya wo karna haram hai? Exercise karte waqt breath ko inhale exhale karna yoga je rules hai, kya wo karna haram hai?

Chunke uske andar hindu mazhab ke kuch cheeze aur rang he ulama ne sakhti se usko mana` kya he.
