Ambiguous words of talaaq
Question
Where is lafz-e-kinaya in the Quran? Many scholars say that if a husband says go to hell with the intention of divorce, then will the divorce take place? I mean talaq-e-bain, can you please tell me is there any mention of kinaya words in the Quran?
Answer
These laws have been explained by the Fuqahaa. The Fuqahaa are those experts of Deen who deduce Shari rulings from the Qur'an and the Hadith.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
