Singing to oneself
Question
If I sing sometimes will it be a sin? Is singing prohibited in Islam?
Answer
If you sing to yourself it is permissible, provided the content is in keeping to the teachings of deen. Do not adopt the signing style of professional singers.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
