Method of issuing a divorce
Question
I want to ask about the procedure of divorce. Please note that I am ahle hadees and my wife and whole family are Hanafi.
Answer
If you wish to issue one divorce then give it while she is in the state of tahaarat (pure state) where you have had no intimacy with your wife.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
