Second talaaq issued during iddat
Question
I have been given 1 talak and was told from the moulana that I must sit in iddat and after 3 cycles my nikaah will be broken. I want to know whether after the 2nd and 3rd talak do I still sit in iddat?
Answer
If the talaaqs were issued in your second tuhr (of your iddat) then too your iddat will end within the same period if the husband had not revoked.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
