Performing Tawaaf-e-Wadaa in the state of haidh or nifaas
Question
What is the Shar’ee ruling regarding a woman who performed Tawaaf-e-Wadaa in the state of haidh or nifaas?
Answer
One damm will become waajib upon her. However, if she repeats the Tawaaf-e-Wadaa when she becomes pure, then the damm will fall away

(الواجب دم على محرم بالغ) ... (إن طيب عضوا) ... (أو طاف للقدوم) لوجوبه بالشروع (أو للصدر جنبا) أو حائضا (أو للفرض محدثا ولو جنبا فبدنة إن) لم يعده
قال العلامة ابن عابدين رحمه الله: (قوله إن لم يعده) أي الطواف الشامل للقدوم والصدر والفرض، فإن أعاده فلا شيء عليه فإنه متى طاف أي طواف مع أي حدث ثم أعاده سقط موجبه (رد المحتار 2/550)
