How should one wear a topi?

What is the proper way to wear a topi (kufi)?
Answer
The mustahab is to resemble the pious in their dressing. The pious generally wear the topi from the hairline. Therefore one should wear the topi from the hairline.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
