Being intimate with one's wife after talaaq
Question
My husband divorced me and then we had sexual relations a month later. Are we still divorced or does that mean the marriage is back on.
Answer
If he only gave you one talaaq and thereafter had intimacy, you will still remain in his nikaah. However, he will only have two talaaqs remaining.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
