Saying "Thank you" if someone gives you a haraam item
Question
If someone gives to a person a haraam item, and the person says to the giver "thank you"is this kufr?
A man comes to install the cable for the tv-signal, and the person says after the cable-man does finish his work "thank you" to him, is this kufr?
Answer
This is not kufr. However, one should make taubah for involving himself in the sin.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
