Travelling without a mahram
Question
The followers of Imam Shafiee are permitted to travel as a group of woman over the Sharee distance of 78km. What is their proof for this? What is the ruling of a woman from the Hanafi fiqh to travel with a mahram? Is it fardh, wajib or sunnah?
Answer
Yes. Refer to their kitaabs like Kitaabul Umm.
It is fardh.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
