Is Qurbaani and zakaat waajib upon a person who has a hajj savings account?
Question
If I have a savings account towards hajj and its more than 1 year:
1. Is qurbani wajib on me although I may not have any other money besides the savings for hajj?
2. Do I pay zakaat on that money?
Answer
1. Yes.
2. Yes.
