Giving a live animal to a predator to eat
Question
My father said that in its natural habitat, a cat will eat a rat. However, it is not permissible to give a live rat to a cat for eating. My father wants to know the reason for this and my father is causing an agitation on this ruling. What response do I give to this type of questioning and reasoning of my father?
Answer
The hadeeth instructs the same.
