Keeping the name Ilyaaz

Can Mufti give the meaning and correct spelling of Ilyaaz. Can that name be given.
Answer
We have not come across this name. However, if you are referring to the name ilyaas, then this is the Arabic spelling إلياس. The exact spelling of Arabic words in English is not possible as there is no equivalent for the Arabic alphabets in the English language or in any other language.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
