Making Salaam mistakenly after two rakaats
Question
I was praying the four fardh of Zuhr Salaah and after two rakaats I read tashahud, durood and dua and made both salaams but whilst making the second salaam I realised my mistake so I stood back up and completed the Salaah but I made sajda sahw. Was this correct? Do I need to repeat my salaah?

It is valid.
