Women travelling without a mahram
Question
I want to go on holiday abroad. I am a 48 year old female. After I asked, I cannot get a mahram to go on holiday with me. Can I go alone since I heard that after 50 years old then no mahram is required?
Answer
This is not correct. It is not permissible for you to travel the safar distance or more without a mahram.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
