India courts ruling against three talaaqs
Question
India courts has ruled against triple talaaq. Can you guide me on this judgement?
Answer
As Muslims, the supreme authority is Allah Ta`ala. There is no authority above Allah Ta`ala. So if anybody rules against it then his ruling has got no effect. Like for example, if a person living in Japan does not agree with the Indian government his disagreement is of no essence.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Fatawa SA is an independent, read-only index of fatawa already published by Mufti Online — Madrasah Ta'leemuddeen. It is not a fatwa service. For your own situation, ask the issuing Darul Ifta directly.
