Allah Ta'ala is unique in his being and his attributes. His every attribute is perfect and free of deficiency. Allah Ta'ala is free from all types of weaknesses and limitations. The quality of cunningness is an evil quality found in some of the creation which results due to weakness and limitation. Allah Ta'ala is the creator of everything. He has power and control over everything.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
