Building a Musjid with excess Qurbaani funds
Question
A certain organization made public announcements and adverts that they will be using excess Qurbaani funds for the construction of a Masjid in a rural area. Is this permissible or is it based on urf i.e. if people don’t mind then it's fine otherwise it is impermissible?
Answer
If it is used for musjid construction with the permission of the donor then it is permissible.
