Husband saying "I already given you talaaq"
Question
my husband and I had an argument and I asked for talaq, he got angry and said 'you have talaq' the next day he said to me "I already given you talaaq" " you have your talaaq" does this count as 3 talaqs or just one? We then had intercourse and living together do we have to get married again or what to do? Please advice?
Answer
If he was referring to the talaaq that he had already given then it is only one talaaq.
