Using a trimmer or scissors to trim the pubic hair

Can we use a trimmer only for removing the hairs of the private parts of males and can we use a scissor for removing a few hairs which are on the shaft of the penis, or other inaccessible area, I'm afraid of using razors because of the cuts
Answer
