Husband stopping the wife from performing the sunnat-e-muakkadah of salaah

If my husband tells me to pray only the fard and not the sunnah salaahs, do I have to pray only the fard?
Answer
No. You should read the sunnats that are emphasised.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
