Reciting Mu'awwazatain and blowing on oneself before sleeping
Question
Which Surahs and Aayaat should be read before blowing into ones hands and rubbing the body at the time of sleeping and explain the method of the blowing and rubbing.
Answer
Surah Ikhlaas and Mu`awwazatain.
After reciting these three surahs blow onto you hands and rub your body up to where the hands can easily reach.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
